Celebrations TIOT

This is my very cas entry to the present TIOT challenge. I have used a delightful day lilly stamp by designs by Ryn which I have shaded with water colours, the sentiment is from HOTP and very old but much beloved stamp.

This is my entry for the current less is more challenge- which is a one layer card with the theme of hearts.

I used the negative of a heart die cut and sponged distress inks tumbled glass through, then I stamped water droplets by designs by Ryn over the top and used peg stamps for the sentiment.

winter blues

Good morning,

This is my entry to this week's less is more challenge- winter blues. The card is made from scraps of paper from other projects. The thin strip is basic grey and the beautiful patterned part is made from an old book token card.

I lined the butterfly up so that it provided interest and a touch of summer in the midst of a wet windy January.

I am entering this into:

Allsorts challenge- free and easy
Suzi bees bloomin challenge - anything goes
Fairytale challenge blog - recycling

ps had my mind on crafting and have just tipped a whole load of Cinnamon into the Tarka Dhal curry I am making... arrgghhh!

Dearest Minions,

I have been lucky enough to get some more Designs by Ryn Stamps and I looked through the January craft stamper and had an ooooohhhh moment at the ombre technique demonstrated. They came together rather beautifully so here is one of my creations using the ombre inking technique and masking.

I am entering this into :
